Q: What area do you do appraisals?
A: Our primary focus is in central Minnesota.  We do appraisals in Hennepin,
Ramsey, Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Goodhue, Rice, Scott, Sherburn, Washinton,
and Wright counties.  Contact us for other areas.

Q: How do I order an appraisal?
A: We accept orders via fax, telephone or e-mail. Please be sure to have the
subject’s address, city and proper contact information when calling or sending
in an order.

Q: How much does an appraisal cost?
A: Although are prices are lower than the market average appraisal fees vary
based on the property’s characteristics as well as the intended purpose of the
appraisal. As a result, it is difficult to provide flat fee rates.  Our average rates
are listed under services.

Q: Once I order an appraisal, when will I receive the completed report?
A: We focus on client needs and can meet most turnaround times (usually within
24 hours).

Q: Do you perform comparable searches?
